A unique d&d

Was part of the committee but never thought it can be a different way of having d&d.. a very good experience for me to learn.

I was part of admin team (doing registration, buying of door gifts and prizes)

At least, I know how to be creative! 🙂

Adapting In Progress

My first day as a project coordinator (executive in name) and I am still adapting.. a different job scope and job enlargement as well as an office politics to learn in order to survive in the big big corporate world.

Hopefully, my mindset will change to a different one.

For now on, I may be a last minute person, have to check my schedule… everything! Will be in charge of two projects next year. Hope all will go smoothly!

Currently, it’s is really corrupted. Want to leave but guess will carry on helping my new boss together with my new work team.

She is here!

Finally my successor has reported to work unofficially! A very fun-loving and bubbly girl who is going to be 21 this November. After all, this is her first job and she will continue to further her studies at S.I.M. And she chose a best place to work and study.

Today, she has absorbed so many information from Cecila, Zhen Ni and myself. I know it’s too hard for her.. but I have to transfer down as soon as possible. Anyway, the majority of them will be on-training, will see her back in 3 Sept, Friday.

And will officially handover, passed my keys to her and bring my belongings down. In fact, I really can’t bear to leave RCTC but there is no more room for me to stay and transferring to other division is the best option as long as I am in SRC.

In FRVD, my predecessor, Jordan has briefly handover some information to me this afternoon. He will guide me along the way to handle my 1st project for next year. Hopefully, all things will go smoothly. Looking forward for the challenges ahead. 😛

New Challenges Coming Soon!

A good news to me after an informal interview with 2 HODs last week.

RCTC was my comfort zone because I am protected by people in my division. Somehow, I felt I am over-protected until I cannot get too much exposure. That’s why, there was an internal transfer. Both my head of training and superior supported me to transfer to another division because I just graduated since last year.

And now, I was offered. My last day in RCTC, 27 Aug. New challenges begin on 30 Aug. My big boss want to give me a challenge to prove myself and I was offered an entry level pay, I told myself to work hard from the rest of my co-colleague.

Exposure. Opportunity and many more.. (more OTs!)

Happening Events @ Work

It’s almost coming to my 1st year anniversary in SRC, of course, there are many pros and cons, I haven’t made a decision to leave, there is a little opportunity cost for me to learn here…i.e. event management.

Had dinner and KTV with my colleagues last Thursday…

Nurse’s Day Celebration (Blangra Dance, that’s why I am dressing like a guy, lol)

A workplace with fun, even thought there is hard work, made me motivated, of course especially thanks to all my supporting colleagues who give me his/her moral support.

Blangra Dance

I never stop learning since I completed my studies last year..so a dance that I just learned from my HOD who know how to dance blangra?… so we so-called been “delegated” to perform for this year nurses’ day on 6 August 2010

I guess the steps was easy but still need some improvement..

This song quite catchy… and quite fun! Able to destress from work.

My motto: Think Positive. Be Motivated
